We are now looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist for our Karlskrona Digital Marketing Team. We are looking for ambitious people with significant drive! We need problem solvers and initiative takers, people who see opportunities and potential for improvement. You will play an essential role in taking the Roxtec digital marketing to the next level.
THE POSITION
Working as Marketing Automation Specialist, you are at the heart of Roxtec's digital success. Together with the digital marketing team, you will design and implement marketing automation flows in our Marketo platform.
You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing overall operations to ensure the stable process and development of the marketing automation platform throughout the Roxtec Group as well as the integration with other systems. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas.
The position will be working with the digital marketing team, internal web development, the CRM team and external consultants.
You will be part of our growing digital marketing group belonging to the Global Marketing department.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop/execute global strategy (vision & roadmap) for marketing automation, email marketing development, and lead nurturing.
• Manage marketing automation applications within Roxtec.
• Build new marketing automation programs in Marketo, including design, testing, configuration, transition planning, and deployment.
• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
• Ensure audience segmentation and mapping are implemented correctly by conducting thorough testing of new and existing campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing teams, digital specialists and third-party agencies (as needed) to strategize, execute, and optimize program development and deployment.
• Gather, manage, and prioritize the marketing automation backlog.
• Present continuous improvement plans to Global Marketing.
• Identify trends and insights, optimize spending and performance based on KPI metrics, and propose corrective measures where necessary.
• Ensure data accuracy and synchronization to CRM.
• Offer advice and recommendations to global and local marketing teams regarding marketing automation emails and opportunities for contact and optimization based on performance metrics.
• Provide training and support to users globally.
• Be contact person for vendors and other external parties related to the marketing automation platform.
• Make sure all necessary stakeholders are considered and involved in requirement gathering regarding marketing automation development at Roxtec.
• Maintain email privacy, subscription management, and opt-in compliance.
Qualifications:
• Email marketing & automation.
• Data analysis & reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations). Ability to analyze large and complex sets of data from multiple sources (transactional, web analytics, and lead generation).
• Martech familiarity – Marketo, SugarCRM type systems.
• Proven experience in setting up, executing and measuring marketing campaigns.
• Experience within a B2B direct marketing environment.
• Product ownership experience.
• Ability to write basic HTML or SQL code/queries is preferred.
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in the field.
