We are building a modern, friendly, and diverse product-first tech company based in Stockholm and now, we are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist focusing on the Enterprise users segment to join our marketing team.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding, managing and optimizing our marketing automation efforts (main channels currently are email and in-app) within our Enterprise users segment. You should be analytical and get excited about the idea of constantly optimizing our marketing efforts, driving successful lead nurturing and generation programs through marketing automation.

Mentimeter is a service that is loved globally, and our growth has been almost 100% organic. Sales are currently growing over 10% per month, and you will be the driving force to accelerate that growth even further.

Responsibilities for the role:
Together with the sales and marketing teams, create and execute a plan to increase Mentimeter’s enterprise customer growth via Marketing Automation through the generation of Marketing Qualified Leads.
Hands-on implementation of Marketing Automation workflows (primarily in-app messaging/email) targeting Enterprise users to drive lead acquisition and expansion
Ongoing optimization of Marketing Automation, including a/b testing and analysis
Test and analyze automation workflows for lead generation, lead nurturing and lead scoring; and identify tactics for improvement and optimization
Ensure correct tracking & trigger setup for each workflow and request additional tracking if needed
Collaborate with Demand Generation Manager and Content Marketing Manager to implement and optimize enterprise automation workflows
Together with Marketing Automation Manager to build out and update frameworks to evaluate the impact of Marketing Automation within the enterprise segment

Marketing and Sales team to support tactics and identify opportunities
Sales Operation and Data Scientist function to support data
Professional CRM and data gathering services (Customer.io, Intercom, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Salesforce)
Not required:
You don't have to know Swedish (daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 25 different nationalities!
Skills & Requirements
We believe you have:
1-3 years experience with at least one year of hands-on experience and proven success in a similar role within the SaaS industry
Experience from the marketing and sales tech stacks that enable Enterprise Marketing. Examples of this could be; experience in using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Intercom, Pardot and Customer.io
Understanding of how both the tech stack enables enterprise automation and scale workflows such as lead generation, lead nurturing, and retention programs
Strong analytical skills and driven by data metrics
Deep knowledge of the relationship between tracking/data and marketing automation
Experience from a/b test setup and analysis
Experience from working with at least one well-known marketing/email automation software
Bonus points for basic HTML skills as well as previous experience from SaaS, E-commerce or self-service B2B products (Slack/Dropbox for example)
The place of work is Stockholm, and we can support re-location within EU
