About the job
Do you like combining marketing and communication to boost sales? Are you motivated by hitting goals, KPIs and have a good understanding of Marketing Automation and Customer Journeys? We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to increase our marketing for efficient and sales driven lead generation in our digital channels.
You will be part of the Global Marketing and Brand Team and work with all markets and business areas. You will build an internal network of communicators, marketers and sales people. As Marketing Automation Specialist, you will contribute to the positioning of AFRY as the digital enabler, mainly through connecting marketing and sales via our Marketing Automation system and other digital tools.
You will together with the Marketing and Brand team develop, facilitate and optimise marketing automation activities, and set a structure with the business on the marketing automation goals. You will work closely with the business and the sales organization within AFRY, as well as the Global Marketing and Brand Team and communication experts across countries and divisions. You will report to Director Global Marketing and Brand.
Your main responsibilities

Set overall marketing automation strategy, aiming to drive demand and revenue growth across targeted business areas and geographies. Ensure the marketing automation strategy and activities strongly supports the execution of our business strategy
Drive, motivate and inspire colleagues across divisions and markets and instill data-driven and customer centric way-of-working
Collaborate with business areas, business functions and the sales CRM team to ensure a commercially driven and aligned full funnel marketing automation plan
Designing, building, and optimizing marketing automation journeys cross all digital channels, defining audience and creating target group selections
Design and lead multichannel efforts in an MA setting
Define KPIs tied to marketing and business goals, finding ways to visualize and track progress and results
Build and maintain efficient relationships with content creation- and social media team(s), as well as business unit marketing leads to ensure consistent user experience across channels and funnel stages


Who are you?
We believe you are an upbeat and technology savvy marketer who know how to develop our digital transformation journey. You have deep understanding and profound experience in marketing platforms and a proven track record of media buying/planning among traditional, direct and digital marketing channels, across the full marketing funnel.
In your previous roles, you have been successfully responsible for building automated customer journeys and improving performance by utilizing a marketing automation platform and delivering clear business value.
Altogether, we are looking for you, who will bring experience and seniority with the omnichannel marketing mix, marketing automation, technology and data compliance. To enable and optimize our capabilities across the business and ultimately AFRY´s strategic approach to reach customers and prospects in a seamless and unified way.
Your qualifications

Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand our clients' unique challenges
An analytical strategic thinker with great execution drive
3+ years of experience in omnichannel orchestration and marketing automation
3+ years of experience in marketing/advertising technology, supposedly as CRM lead, direct marketing or digital marketing role
Experience in CRM, data management and warehouse (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Hubspot, Marketo, DMPs, CDPs) and lead generation management
Great understanding of Analytics tools and experience in attribution modelling
Ability to diagnose and assess complex data intensive architectures and structures
Deep understanding of web, marketing/advertising and e-commerce systems
Excellent communication-, presentation- and stakeholder management skills
Experience from working in a Global/Cross-regional organization with international workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
