We are looking for people who are passionate about driving brand success through innovative Marketing Automation work. We need technical and strategical problem solvers, bold initiative takers, people who see opportunities and potential to improve. What you’ll do



- Operational responsibility for day-to-day activities including campaign journey set-up, segmentation, data extensions, scheduling, QA testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and automated email campaigns

- Fully responsible for all our email assets across the board including correct linking and tracking, securing copy is proof-read, and emails rendered perfectly on all devices and platforms

- Responsible for email template building and development

- Responsible for improving our email engagement metrics in innovative ways and with A/B testing, while maintaining the unsubscribe rate at healthy levels

- Proactively troubleshooting technical issues related to email templates, segmentation, journey flows, conversion tracking, and other aspects of email and campaign execution

- Continuously staying on top of marketing automation trends as well as legislation, industry standards, and technical changes

- Supporting the marketing automation manager with various tasks





Who you are

- You are passionate about tech, data, and details

- You are highly organized, efficient and know how to prioritize what needs to be done and when

- You’ve demonstrated the ability to stay ahead of trends and adapt to new and changing email strategies and tools

- You are a problem solver with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities across multiple projects/initiatives

- Most importantly; you are a fast learner and a doer



We believe that you have the following experience

- 3+ years experience of working within CRM & Marketing Automation, and A/B testing

- Hands-on experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce and Marketing Cloud

- Knowledge of email best practices, regulations, and deliverability factors

- Basic understanding of core technologies, including HTML, CSS, and marketing architecture

- Basic understanding in configuring and setting up data models
