Hyper Island’s marketing team is looking to grow the team with a passionate person who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! We are seeking a Marketing Automation & Hubspot Specialist who will assist in the development of Hyper Island’s automation program including list management, journey builds, landing page creation as well as full-funnel reporting of all marketing campaigns through Hubspot.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist…

.. you’ll work in tandem with the Marketing Automation Manager, and collaborates with various teams across the company including Courses, Diploma- and Apprenticeships Programmes, Master’s of Arts -programmes, and Business Transformation to help build and execute multi-channel campaigns, gathering requirements and approvals, and assisting in building out marketing automation workflows. You will support the development and evolution of Hyper Island’s marketing automation program through focus on contact strategy and leads management. As a data-driven marketer, you will directly support full-funnel reporting and analysis of marketing automation journeys to help inform and shape our marketing strategy.

The role is located in Stockholm and we are happy to offer you a hybrid contract, allowing you to flexibly choose when you are performing better at our energetic office in Hammarby Sjöstad or focusing at home.

Now that you’ve got an overview of the position, here’s a more detailed look at what you’ll be doing as the Marketing Automation Specialist:

- CRM strategy and optimization

- Consult with Sales Managers to develop a strategy and growth plan using the Hubspot platform and email platforms, including, inbound marketing, website, and marketing stack integrations

- Analyse and translate marketing goals and objectives into strategic recommendations and tactical deliverables using Hubspot or other relevant platforms

- Work closely with leadership to support program and process evolution. Conduct ongoing testing related to subject lines, email copy, layouts and CTAs that drives conversion improvement.

- Designing and building automated email marketing flows and email campaigns.

- Create and manage lists, landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns, including the template designs (emails & landing pages), etc

- Structure lead scoring and lead routing infrastructure

- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

- Report on, analyse and optimise email marketing campaigns and workflows

These qualities must be met to be considered:

- 3+ years of experience using marketing automation and email marketing

- Minimum of 2+ years in campaign management or campaign operations

- 2+ years of Hubspot experience

- Ability to manage complex projects with minimal direction

- Excellent team and internal communication skills

- Ability to take and give clear direction

- Take ownership of everything you touch and be driven to produce great quality

- Be honest, transparent, respectful, and altruistic in your interactions

- Can embrace, quickly learn, and utilise new technology platforms

- Experience with reporting on campaign performance and providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations

- The ability to prioritise tasks based on the impact they have on colleagues and KPI

- At least a vocational degree in marketing, communications, design, technology, or similar

Skills and Certifications

These skills and certifications are not required but are strongly recommended to be successful in this position.

- Certified or experience working in Hubspot

- Certified or experience working with other marketing automation tools
