We are looking for our next star to join our CRM Marketing team in Gothenburg, Sweden. As a
Marketing Automation Specialist you will play an important role in the development of CRM Marketing Automation and developing our global consumer communication.
You’re a team player, someone who genuinely enjoys collaboration and working with others. You embrace change, and if your timings or scope of work need adjustment, it’s not a problem.
Profile
• We see that you are process-focused, with an eye for detail and a good technical understanding. You have previous experience of working in Sales & Marketing Cloud or similar.
• You can multi-task and you’re hands-on.
• A team player, someone who genuinely enjoys collaboration and working with others.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing, the target audience, how a prospect navigates through the funnel (the buyer’s journey), how various marketing channels work at each stage of the funnel to deliver an exceptional customer experience (CX).
Experience
• Knowing how to set up workflows such as welcome/onboarding sequence, cart abandonment, lead nurturing, re-engagement, upsell or cross-sell, feedback, etc. boost customer engagement and the overall CX.
• Project management experience in e-commerce or digital sales and marketing.
• Working with Data Driven Marketing and CRM / loyalty programs.
• Customer Journey Analysis.
• Experience in CRM Marketing in a global environment.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud & Marketing Automation systems or similar.
• Proven operational implementation and maintenance of a CRM project.
• Experience in understanding and interpreting customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Up to date with the latest trends within marketing automation.
• Measure and report performance of data driven insights.
• Solid understanding of basic principles of data, how data is structured and organized, how it flows between systems, etc.
• Solid understanding of segmentation and database concepts.
Responsibilities
• Manage a cross-channel strategy
• Continuously improve within our Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Project Management for journey implementation within the marketing platform.
• Continuous improvement of process of user experience and customer journey.
• Blueprint & document the journeys as well as optimization of existing journeys
• Manage trigger-based journeys.
• Owning the CRM content for various consumer segments, target groups and communication channels.
