We are looking for a Marketing Automation System Specialist who understands how to harness marketing automation in our MA tool, HubSpot to deliver a world-class customer experience. Being the largest player in the Nordics in our industry you will be using and improving truly global HubSpot portals with advanced integrations.
This role can be located in Stockholm, Oslo or Helsinki. Your closest manager and team is located in Stockholm.
Your role
In your role of Marketing Automation System Specialist, you will work globally, engaging with various departments. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams, developers, and the sales department to mention some of the departments. The platform we use for Marketing Automation today is HubSpot and you need to know this tool in-and-out to be able to act as a super admin in HubSpot.
Your role will be in the global e-commerce organization supporting our marketing teams in Nordics. You will report to the Head of E-commerce and Market Technology. For the first 6 months, you will be employed by Clevry and then transition to Fortum. The role is long-term.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- You are the main point of contact for HubSpot-related needs internally
- Supporting marketing automation manager and marketing teams in achieving their goals
- Advising our HubSpot users on the optimal use of HubSpot and work efficiently with the platform
- Knowing the goals, potential, and challenges of our marketing teams and supporting them in optimizing their marketing processes
- Analyzes existing HubSpot communications and helps marketing to optimize them
- Identifying cross-functional opportunities and how to use HubSpot
- Translating how new requirements could be handled with HubSpot
- Conducting internal workshops and training
- Creating Global dashboards (FI,NO,SE) and analyzing both automated and ad-hoc campaigns
As the marketing automation system specialist you will be the global super user for hubspot and is expected to have knowledge within system integration and configuration.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a superuser in HubSpot and wants to take ownership in supporting the organization in related matters. We believe that you who apply for this job has a educational background within Marketing Automation, Marketing, Buisiness or any other relevant education.
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Service Hub
- Experience in working with Enterprise accounts and Business Units
- Knowledge of custom integrations
- Experience in developing HubSpot accounts to support marketing goals
- You are business savvy and can act cross-functionally within Fortum Consumer
- Solutions to deliver and scale best practices through collaboration and insights
- Plus if you have experience in a matrix organization
