Corporate Marketing at HQ in Copenhagen is a matrix organization and we are responsible for the development of corporate marketing manuals, benchmarking and support to our marketing organizations in 8 countries totaling 23 marketing people.We work at both B2B and B2C level.We strive to ensure a common, high quality and professional market approach taking our different types of shopping centres, cultures and competitive situations into consideration.Heavy expansion and establishment on new markets require an extension of our supportive and corporate marketing functions at HQ level.As our present marketing coordinator is ready for new challenged within IKEA, we are looking for her replacement soonest possible.Being our marketing coordinator means daily contact with our marketing departments and shopping centers supporting them in different areas of marketing ranging from being a sparring partner in their B2C marketing efforts to supporting and updating internet pages (B2B and B2C) and managing our coming, internal Toolbox. You will play a key role in the production of leasing brochures and presentation materials for projects and existing shopping centers in close co-operation with the leasing and marketing functions in each country.At HQ, we run cross-border analyses.You will be responsible for the co-ordination between the research company and our daughter companies and for making the cross-border benchmarks of various Key Performing Indicators.You will co-ordinate and participate in ad-hoc projects like development and update of corporate manuals and standards, and we expect you to build up a close co-operation with the marketing functions in each country. You will report to the Marketing Director whom you are also expected to assist in her daily work.The job requires about 20-30 traveling days/year. We can promise you a very exiting and challenging job with a broad contact to agencies and a close co-operation across borders inside our group.Our atmosphere is international and informal and all communication is in English, wherefore you need to read and write advanced English. We expect you to have a university or business school degree in marketing (at least at Bachelor level) and minimum 3 years of marketing experience at preferably B2C market.Previous work with shopping centre marketing is a big advantage just like experience in working actively with marketing and communication through the web channel.You need to have great co-operational and communication skills, and to be an advanced user of MS Office.We look forward to hearing from you!Please forward your application in English no later than 18th of February via www.proffice.se.
