The role of Marketing Communication for Local Division – Sweden is to develop and implement a coherent communication strategy in line with Local Division strategy guideline and positioning - including marketing communication, direct marketing to educate and inform stakeholders, including customers, employees, trade media and interest groups.
Reporting to the Marketing and Communication Manager in Hub Northern Europe, you will assist and drive Local Division marketing communication strategy to meet, connect and exceed the local customer expectations while aligning with company business and growth initiatives.
Your responsibilities
Align with Division and Hub marketing communications strategy and positioning and drive the Local Division communications strategy, planning, monitoring, reporting and budgeting.
Understand local market situation and local division strategy in order to develop marketing communications strategies that connect with local customers needs and align with business and growth initiatives.
Execute marketing communication campaigns across identified marketing tactics and tools.
Translate and promote new products, service, digital, solution to local market.
Localize and maintain web and intranet pages, run online campaigns and distribute news on relevant channels.
Identify and highlight strategically key wins, successes, case studies, and technology applications to produce local content.
Prepare and coordinate local trade shows, exhibitions and customer events including logistics and promotion, ensuring a 360° experience for customers, channels or employees.
Across Local Division`s collaboration, work closely with Hub Marcom communities to learn, share and exchange knowledge, ideas, innovation and best practices.
Contribute by shaping the organizational culture and driving employee engagement by developing and implementing internal communication plan, e.g. Assisting management with personal communication materials, including presentations, speeches, articles, and employee recognition.

Your background
Degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
Professional with several years’ experience in marketing, communications or related fields – B2B preferred.
Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation programs (SFDC and Pardot as a plus).
Competencies in digital marketing communication in B2B market.
Analytical competence with communication metrics, measurement and KPIs.
Open-minded, autonomous, and ready to explore new things and challenges every day.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a big team and with colleagues have different background.
Fluent in Swedish and English (Written and Spoken).
