We are looking for a forward leaning Manager with experience from both PR and Marketing to join our team as a leader of the B2B Marketing & Content team. What you’ll do
As Head of Marketing B2B you will lead the marketing team (7 team members), with the task of delivering and increasing awareness of our brand both externally and internally. Your responsibilities include both external campaigns, sales and customer loyalty communication and cover everything from strategy, priority and planning to daily production and optimization. Therefore, an important part of the role is to have good knowledge of branding and marketing, how PR can help marketing, as well as to ensure that your team has what they need to succeed. You own the marketing plan and will be part of B2B Commercial's management team.
Your most important responsibilities
* Lead, build and grow the marketing team and make sure that the team have the potential to succeed and reach their goals.
* Define vision and marketing plan with the team.
* Responsible for the market budget and follow-up.
* Ensure that the marketing plan is well adapted to the company's overall ambitions and goals and balancing short- and long-term goals.
* Develop a deep understanding of how recipients are met by our brand and work with teams and your key stakeholders to meet their needs.
* Responsible for developing the relationship and collaboration with our external agencies.
* Collaborate closely with other teams in business as well as PR and PA
* Represent the marketing department in forums and be the driving force for marketing to be an active part of the company's agenda
Who are you
You are a strong leader who can make things happen through stakeholder management and team leadership. We believe that you have previous experience in leading others and that your leadership style is characterized by an agile mindset. Furthermore, you have experience from working with marketing and or PR – both hands on and on a strategic level – and you are on top of best practices and market trends. As you will be working closely both with business and PR/PA you have an understanding and interest for both.
Seeing the big picture and understanding the strategies and priorities of the business is easy for you, and you apply this knowledge to achieve Telenor’s objectives through your team. Your work is characterized by a data-driven approach in combination with laser focus on delivering value to the customer.
