We are looking for a Marketing Communication Manager for our client who works in the banking sector. The client would prefer if you were able to work at their office in Oslo, but you are also given the opportunity to work in Stockholm instead. It is important that you are fluent in Norwegian.

Job Assignments

In this exciting role you will have the following tasks:

- The responsibilities include strategizing, executing, analyzing, and proposing innovative marketing campaigns to meet specific objectives
- Keep track of completed tasks and inform stakeholders of the outcome
- Manage and execute planned tasks while staying within the designated budget
- Divide target audiences into groups, examine their actions, and make interpretations based on the findings
- Review and authorize deliveries from external suppliers
- Ensure that all communication meets the necessary standards and guidelines
- Enhance and refine the approach to marketing activities, including channels, tools, and target audience
- Collaborate on translating documents, copying texts, and developing content
- Track the progress of marketing plans, including monitoring the budget and reporting any deviations to the Private Team Manager

Requirements

- You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C marketing or sales
- Prior experience with agencies and preferably marketing automation
- You possess qualities such as being driven, responsible, non-prestigious, having problem-solving skills, and having an effective communication within a team
- You have completed a university degree in a related area, such as Business Administration, or have a similar higher level of education in Marketing and Communications
- You have previous experience working in the finance industry
- You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

Location/remote availability: work from Oslo office at least 4 days/week or from the Solna office 3 days per week. The client would prefer if you can be located in Oslo
