Sandvik Construction is a business area within the Sandvik Group providing solutions for virtually any construction industry application, encompassing such diverse businesses as surface rock quarrying, tunneling, excavation, demolition, road building, recycling and civil engineering. The range of products includes rock tools, drilling rigs, breakers, bulk-materials handling and crushing and screening machinery.

The product line Stationary Crushing and Screening in Svedala, is responsible for all of the crushing and screening products in the Construction business area. We are now looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist.

Key performance areas
In your position as Marketing Communication Specialist your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and maintain product marketing material to promote products globally
- Develop product launch campaigns in close cooperation with Product Line Management, Business Line Management and R&D
- Improve brand awareness and brand image through multiple marketing communication channels
- Support the global sales organization and ensure that the Sales Areas have all necessary information to promote the products successfully in their territory
- Plan and develop the marketing communication plan for the Product Area, optimizing the use of all communication channels available: the Internet, intranet, social media, press releases, case stories, digital and traditional advertising, sales promotion materials, e-marketing, exhibitions and events, etc.
- Propose, own and report the market communication budget for the product area
- Ensure that all information on the products you support is up-to-date on both Internet and intranet sites
- Ensure that all activities within your area are performed in harmony with the Sandvik EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) policy and Sandvik Corporate Identity guidelines

You will be part of the Product Area Stationary Crushing & Screening Management Group and report to the Vice President Product Management for Crushing & Screening. The position involves about 30-40 days of travel per year.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in business or a technical field, including some formal training in marketing. Whether your work experience is in sales, product management, or product marketing, you have demonstrated the ability and desire to optimize communication. We believe that you have at least 5 years of experience from Product Marketing in an international B2B environment - alternatively similar experience as Project Manager at a leading B2B advertising agency. Additionally, you have good computer skills, with knowledge of Creative Suite and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English. Language skills in Spanish or Chinese are advantageous.
