Right now, we are looking for a Temporary Marketing & Communication Support to join the team. In this role, you belong to the Commercial function within RA Store & Organize Furniture and report to the Team Manager, Commercial.
As Marketing & Communication Support, your main responsibilities include:
Secure and administrate relevant range in all media inc. exchanges for markets (due to e.g., legal, compliance, market-specific needs).
Create and maintain Sales Products (SPRs) for Store & Organize furniture range.
Administrate articles and SPRs for sales channels and relevant medias.
Administrate articles as part of briefs in Operational Planning, from brief to Artwork and proofs incl. tagging.
Administrate and connect NEWS and running range in the product structure for categorization on the web to ensure show ability on IKEA.com.
Administrate show/sales stops on IKEA.com
Publish communication in different channels to secure that information reaches relevant stakeholders on time.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have
Good knowledge of IKEA Marketing & Communication processes (e.g., Operational Planning, Product Picture production) and the Product development process in a Range Area.
Solid advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience from working with the creation of SPRs, media briefs, and ARTWORK.
Experience managing large volumes of product information with attention to detail.
Experience from working with Store & Organise furniture range and combinations, either in a Range area, in Retail, or in IKEA Marketing & Communication (IMC).
Experience from working with parallel deadlines, and a track record of meeting those deadlines.
Excellent communication skills secure IKEA's tone of voice and you can engage and inspire by networking across functions and organizations.
Hands-on experience in managing the administration of articles in the following tools: CABS, Visual Objects, BERIKA, FÖRENA, QLICKSENSE, OPERERA, Toolbox, PTAG, PPM, and PIA.
The ability to express yourself confidently and clearly in English is a prerequisite.

You are detailed, structured, and analytical end enjoy working for across functions and organizations. Likes to work with different systems and tools and carry out administration tasks that make a big difference for our customers.
