Our Exciting Opportunity
As the Marketing & Communications (M&C) Compliance Director, you will drive the overarching compliance matters for the unit. This is a new role and you will therefore have the chance to develop the role and direction for the unit. As a company, we are taking major steps in the compliance area and you will be a key driver in this work. To succeed, it requires excellent personal drive, a structured approach and the ability to engage and collaborate across organizational units.
The position is within the Group Function Marketing & Corporate Relations (GF M&C) and reports to the Head of M&C Intelligence and Strategy. The unit’s main responsibilities are strategy, intelligence and operations.
You will
Develop and implement compliance structure, process, and governance for Marketing & Communications
Pro-actively support the organization in setting up the right governance, documents and routines
Be M&C SPOC and driver towards the Monitor Liaison Office, securing an efficient response process and involvement of colleagues
Build awareness and understanding for employees in GF M&C around requirements and processes, encouraging a culture of compliance adherence
Secure internal key partners’ input, understanding, support and contribution towards compliance implementation and ways of working
As the area develops, potentially expand your responsibility into related areas
To be successful in the role you must have
An university degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications and/or equivalent experience
At least 8 years of proven experience
Excellent skills in driving projects and organisational change
Outstanding skills in operational excellence
Experience from working in an international team with senior management
Experience and/or good understanding of marketing & communications
Preferably experience from compliance matters
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
