About the job:
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Cochlear. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Cochlear operates all over the world, with global offices primarily based in Australia and Sweden. At the Cochlear Gothenburg Site there are approximately 250 employees whose responsibilities include research, product design and development, marketing, quality and regulatory, manufacturing, distribution and administration.
Tasks and responsibilities:
As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you are a part of the Global Strategic Marketing team in Gothenburg. At the office there are 25 marketing employees, five of who work within your immediate team and on similar tasks. In your role, you are responsible for creating global communications material, to effectively market Cochlear’s bone conduction products and services to their customers. The material contains all sorts of marketing communications, such as brochures, social media posts, press releases, Q&A’s, clinical reports, or product descriptions to support product launches. Furthermore, you work closely with senior marketing communication managers and product management to set up a content strategy. From there, you are responsible to create the material following Cochlear brand guidelines and to target the audience. In this process, you also collaborate with designers who create the design of your content.
Furthermore, you develop marketing material and ensures that it effectively promotes the Cochlear brand and relevant sub-brands to drive global sales and revenue. You also support marketing projects and other Cochlear entities with communication needs and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with your colleagues from all over the world, and will be offered a solid introduction at start.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Post-secondary education in marketing & communication, or other relevant education
• Previous experience and knowledge of academic writing and speaking in advanced English, advantageous within health science
• Advantageous with previous experience in marketing such as a content creator, copywriter or similar

Furthermore, you take great ownership of your tasks, and independently drive your own work forward. In addition, you appreciate working together in a team, and see the value of collaborating. Written communication is a large part of your role, so it is important that you are comfortable expressing yourself well in writing. You have a large vocabulary and can express yourself informatively and clearly, even if the subject is complicated.
