With deep roots in music, art, architecture and what is contemporary, Axel Arigato has defined itself by offering more than a product. It has been created to leave an experience at the front of mind, whether it’s via stores, online or through events.
Axel Arigato currently has 6 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Gothenburg with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 65 members of staff in 4 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.

Axel Arigato is offering a full-time position for a creative, organised and driven Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Department at the head office in Gothenburg. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Brand Director and the marketing department across a broad range of tasks, including copywriting, content creation, social media scheduling and general marketing tasks. The successful candidate is an enthusiastic multi-tasker, reliable, proactive and flexible with a willingness to help out with ad-hoc projects, and the openness to take on new projects with a genuine excitement.
This position is based in Gothenburg at the Head Office and reports to the Brand Director.
Responsibilities
-Manage and oversee our social media accounts, posting content across all channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest, and ideate creative ways for Axel Arigato to have a presence on channels that we’re not currently active on
- Contribute to team brainstorming for content initiatives and propose innovative campaigns that push the envelope of what’s been done on social, with the end goal to extend brand presence socially, drive traffic to website, and increase engagement and loyalty
- Coordinate photo and video shoots as required
- Initiate contact with external artists for content creation. From initial contact to final execution.
- Master the Axel Arigato voice and write engaging copy for website, product descriptions, email marketing and social channels
-Seek out new marketing opportunities such as partnerships and collaborations and develop key moments for the brand
-Assist in seeding programs for influencers and talents
- Help brainstorm and propose event concepts, activations, and plans based on the needs of the business
- Manage relationships across multiple teams to ensure meeting of all deadlines and expectations
- General admin tasks and marketing support; always pro-actively contributing new ideas and and energy
- Manage and maintain the general marketing plan and schedule, manage weekly/monthly reports
Qualifications
-1-2 years experience in marketing, content creation or social media and would like to develop their career within marketing. An e-commerce background is a huge advantage.
- Strong knowledge of, and personal participation in, social media platforms
- Social copywriting skills
- Strong creative eye and demonstrate knowledge of art, design, culture and fashion
- A strong understanding of luxury brand building in general and of the Axel Arigato brand in particular.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with multiple team members and align ideas. Fluency in English is required
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to use initiative
- Be able to multi task with strong planning and organizational skills
