Marketing Coordinator

Greenbyte is on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team - the team responsible for bringing the Greenbyte brand and communication magic to life. Although you will join the marketing team, this is a multi-disciplinary role as you will be working closely with all parts of the organization - sales, product, people & culture, just to name a few.

The Greenbyte Marketing team is the backbone of Greenbyte's commercial engine. We are tasked with the mission to challenge the norm within a traditional B2B landscape, build a radical brand, and establish Greenbyte as a thought leader within renewable energy. What you will be doing

As Marketing Coordinator at Greenbyte, you are a pivotal member of the Marketing team. You will coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, maintain social media activity, organize promotional events, and collaborate cross-departmentally as well as with external agencies. This job is full of variety and you’ll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks.

Some typical tasks:

- Assist the Marketing team in daily activities and all kinds of exciting projects.
- Publish and manage marketing material on Greenbyte’s website and social media platforms.
- Execute account-based marketing campaigns and activities together with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Organize events (IRL and digital), coordinate exhibitions, produce and order marketing material.
- Maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand by keeping a watchful eye on all media avenues.
- Communicate and coordinate with external agencies.

What you bring along

- Excellent English skills
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent related field
- 2 years experience within the field of B2B marketing, or equivalent
- Experience working with paid social, marketing analytics software, and CMS
- Rudimentary experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud
