Our customer is a known worldwide technology company that is now looking for a Brand Reputation Marketing Coordinator that wants to work in a creative and playful environment. The company has a start-up atmosphere but with the advantages of a global player.
About the role:
In your role as Brand Reputation Marketing Coordinator Sweden/Finland, you will report into the Sweden Brand Reputation PMM based in Copenhagen. You will help execute the brand reputation marketing plan for Sweden and Finland, including running our client´s web training programs, economic recovery and digital responsibility programs to help our client contribute to the local economy and society in a meaningful way.
Our client believes that the web is at the heart of economic growth and they have been investing in helping businesses, entrepreneurs, non profits, developers, creators, cultural organizations and students succeed online. In this role you will join our client´s Marketing team that deals with everything they are doing to support that mission.
Responsibilities:
Project manage economic recovery, and Digital Responsibility programs in Sweden and Finland in close collaboration with Sweden/Finland BR PMM and cross-functional stakeholders
Help manage relationships with external partners and agencies.
Implement measurement plans to evaluate programs, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation. Track effectiveness and channel mix to constantly improve ROI.
Work with multiple internal stakeholders across local / regional PR, Policy Marketing organizations.
Set and manage marketing budgets, track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in Marketing.
Ability to speak and write in English and Swedish fluently and idiomatically, Finnish fluency preferred.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the technology sector and/or community/public affairs (especially within the Nordics)
Experience in project and partner management. Ability to effectively influence cross functional stakeholders and external partners.
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop business plans, market insights, and analyse campaign effectiveness/ ROI
Experience in online marketing, below the line marketing and campaigning, and a passion for marketing and storytelling.
Effective written and oral presentation skills, and comfortability presenting to audiences of senior decision makers.
