Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a passionate, flexible and organized team player to take on the role as Marketing Coordinator as our current team member will try out new adventures within the company. To begin this is a temporary position for one year, but with great possibilities of prolonging.



About the role

The Marketing Creative team is responsible for creating and producing high-quality marketing materials for all our markets. The team does everything from creation to adaptation and a big focus lies within automatization.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be spearheading the production of our global marketing materials. You have a thorough understanding of the creative process as well as the production of creative assets for a variety of media channels (Online, SoMe, DOOH, OOH, TV, Cinema and others). Your role is to ensure smooth and efficient workflows between the Design team, the markets and other departments. You believe that agility, collaboration and transparency are indispensable to a successful delivery and a productive team.

Your daily tasks involve receiving a variety of work requests from multiple markets and departments, then understanding, coordinating and gathering all the required info and materials towards its production. You will further help facilitate a smooth and efficient workflow by establishing a timeline, identifying milestones, tracking progress and sustaining clear communication among all those involved from brief, to production, to delivery.



Responsibilities

- Managing the order email
- Coordinating orders and translations
- Planning and prioritization of design hours
- Uploading new campaign material to our systems and making sure our tools (eg. Bannerflow & Qbank are up to date)
- Keeping a close dialogue with local markets, agencies and performance team to make sure our designers time are being spent in the best possible way


Your profile

To be successful in this role we believe you are passionate about structure, clarity and meeting deadlines. You are also solution-oriented, positive and a true team player. We also think you:

- Have +3 years of work experience within marketing or advertising
- Have proven experience managing and producing projects between teams and clients/partners
- Are an excellent multitasker with great communication skills
- Are well organized and thrives in a high paced environment
