The Role
We are now searching for a Marketing Coordinator to expand our Sales and marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator works in close cooperation with Sales and Business Development (BD) departments. This position is a key role for coordinating and driving the marketing related activities, to ensure that the deliverables are adequate and completed within set plans and deadlines. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for establishing the Annual Marketing Plan and keeping it updated. The role will also propose relevant KPI´s for the marketing functions. Key activities are related to development of tools and activities for lead generation and sales support in addition to customer engagement and customer satisfaction. A marketing role at BioLamina requires deep understanding of the field of stem cell research, clinical research, and regenerative medicine. The position will also include the building of relations with customers and key opinion leaders to generate efficient marketing tools and as a means of achieving the sales and marketing goals. As part of a small biotech sales and marketing team, the position consists of constant iterations of marketing activities with sales and BD. Assisting company management with corporate communication is also part of the position.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Drive development and compilation of the Annual Marketing Plan and ensure dissemination to internal key stakeholders.
Authority to drive Marketing Plan and marketing content deliverables from colleagues.
Propose, develop and execute new marketing channels, sales support tools and campaigns for existing and new products and applications.
Develop and continuously manage BioLamina’s social platforms and contribute with improvements to the web content.
Continuously manage and update marketing material for BioLamina’s existing products and applications.
Together with other departments, plan seminars and events at universities and companies to drive BioLamina awareness and preference.
Administrate conference planning and bookings, digital or live.
Together with other departments, attend conferences and spread the knowledge of laminins and collect information to understand customer needs.
Continuously collect market input and customer feedback and perform (and support) market analysis for marketing purposes.
Help ensure that the sales force is kept up to date regarding marketing activities, company products/solutions and competition.
Participate in trainings and educational efforts for sales & distributors
Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with existing and new customers for marketing purposes and to ensure future sales.
Responsible for distribution of Press Releases and other corporate communication.
As relevant: maintain an updated CRM system – and ensure link to digital marketing tools



Qualifications
Marketing experience is essential for this role, you must be able to demonstrate how you have successful executed campaigns, promotions etc.
Science Degree based degree or equivalent in a life science subject in the of field of stem cell research, clinical research, and regenerative medicine.
Demonstrated ability to work across several functions and teams in the business. Able to motivate and mobilize individuals and teams behind strategic plans and marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to execute in a results-driven organization through a high level of personal motivation and enthusiasm.
Digital marketing experience would be advantageous
Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office suite



Location
The office is in central Sundbyberg, Stockholm, with good communications through public transportation (SL), e.g. subway, light railway, and commuter trains. There are also indoor parking opportunities available.
