Vitabalans AB is looking for their next key player for the Swedish head office in Täby. Do you want to work in a company in growth and where your opinions are highly valued? Here is the opportunity to take part in a growth journey in an exciting industry.
In the position as Marketing Coordinator, you will work in a broad marketing role and represent both Vitabalans and Birger Ledin products. Your main tasks include:
· Market Vitabalans and Birger Ledin via social media, Google Adwords, e-mail marketing, the website, as well as through various customer events
· Plan, execute, follow up and analyze marketing activities
· Create and implement marketing materials
· Plan marketing campaigns with key customers
· Monitor the external market and develop tools to ensure that the customers have the right information about the product range
· Plan and carry out product launches together with the team as well as some administration and reporting tasks
You are probably at the beginning of your career but with at least one year of experience in digital marketing. You are looking for a rewarding role in an international environment and you love to create modern marketing activities through being responsive to customers, the market and the company's salespeople. Furthermore, you are trained in marketing and communications. You master Swedish and English in both speech and writing. There will be some translations from English to Swedish, which requires that you have very good English skills. Experience from the industry is seen as an advantage. To succeed in this role, you must be:
· Ambitious, responsible and determined with a desire to contribute to the company's common results
· Eager to solve tasks with an ability to work as well on your own as with others
· Communicative and good at formulating yourself in text while being creative with an eye for design
· Digitally knowledgeable and used to using social media

Vitabalans Oy is a family owned Finnish pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets OTC (over the counter) medicines, food supplements, medical devices and special animal feeds. All pharmaceutical facilities and production as well as research and product development, registration and headquarters are located in Hämeenlinna, 100 km north from Helsinki.
