Marketing Coordinator

OctoFrost is looking for a Marketing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
The range of tasks is very diverse which makes the position interesting and dynamic:
· Write content for internal and external marketing communication materials (articles, newsletters, sales manuals and other type of communication materials in English);
· Creating visual content using Adobe Photoshop (e.g. visuals, ads, posters, brochures, layouts);
· Creating and editing videos for internal and external communication use;
· Continuously coordinating with partners and suppliers (for different projects and services);
· Support the Sales Manager and the sales team;
· Coordinating and planning exhibitions and events where OctoFrost is present;
· Assisting in market and business research;
· Managing our Social Media accounts;
· Help build our brand image and identity;
· Assisting in monthly reporting;
· Keep the stock of promotional materials up to date by coordinating with collaborators and suppliers.
You will have to be able to keep many balls in the air as there are always multiple projects running at the same time. You will always communicate with your colleagues from both our local office and around the world.

Required job-related skills:
· Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Management/Administration or similar;
· Minimum 1 year or relevant work experience;
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (the writing skills being of great importance for this role);
· Digital design skills in Photoshop or similar program;
· Good understanding of digital marketing and SEO;
· Some experience with website administration;
· Previous B2B marketing experience is a plus as well as interest in science, technology and industrial machinery;

· Curious and eager to learn new technology;
