We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Planning, development and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery using project management tools
- Coordinate physical and digital events around the world
- Deliver projects on time and on budget, that meet (and exceed!) expectations
- Coordinate merchandise projects including supplier negotiations, ensuring quality standards are met
- The setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Keeping strong communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Assists in the smooth operations and completion of large and small marketing tasks
- Summarise and report on projects once complete for evaluation and future improvements
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty to ensure the highest quality standards are met for the successful delivery of your assigned projects




Requirements:

- Skilled in project management
- At least 2 years of experience managing events or similar role
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Great focus and attention to detail.
