Telavox's Marketing team is looking for a new Marketing Coordinator! About the job 📲💻

As our new Marketing Coordinator, you will work collaboratively in our Global Marketing department. You will support the marketing department's initiatives and act as a project manager with planning, executing, and tracking general marketing programs such as events, merchandise, and social media. You will also support creating emails, sales collateral, sales presentations, etc.

You will also ensure that communication on our organic social media and review sites like Trustpilot is planned and executed in collaboration with Marketing & HR. You are the one who keeps track of and reports merchandise orders and event spending according to the set budget.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you are the natural communicator and spider-in-web where you develop & maintain relationships with relevant key partners and stakeholders, both internal and external.

About you ⭐️

You are great at planning, accurate in details, and a real team player who excels in collaboration within all levels of an organization.

You effectively and professionally communicate in written and verbal format. And you think it's essential to stay up-to-date with marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead. You have an eye for what looks good, what creates value, and are ambitious and like to try new things.

In addition to that, you:

Probably have at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and a BSc. in marketing, event management, project management, or equivalent.

Can make easy layouts and smaller design tasks and have dabbled in photo and/or film editing.

Have experience in the tech industry and/or B2B

Have encountered Hubspot before (advantageous)

As a person, you are friendly, curious, and have an eagerness to learn every day! You are fluent in English and Swedish, another Nordic language would be the icing on the cake but not a must.
