We are now searching for a temporary Marketing coordinator, for 6 months, to our business AkzoNobel Adhesives in Årsta/Stockholm. Do you have a passion for adhesives and thrive for customer service? What you will do?
As Marketing Coordinator, you are part of the Product Management team of three. You will support the Marketing team members and projects across the allocated product groups - support product and brand launch initiatives including product set up, analysis, coordination of labels, certifications and technical data, supports Marketing communication material creation and drive customer preference for AkzoNobel products versus competition. Your main responsibilities are:
• Support the Product Management team in managing the portfolio and acts as coordinator between functions for alignment
• Support the team in product master data and administration
• Support the team by employing active Project Management capabilities and coordination of activities.
• Support in the coordination and creation of high-impact sales tools and customer retention tools such as technical data sheets, newsletters, and presentations
• Be familiar with and ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures related to personal conduct and HSE standard.


This is a temporary position for 6 months that might be prolonged, starting as soon as possible You will report to Global Product Manager Adhesives and will be located at our nice small site in Årsta/Stockholm.

Who you are?
This is a coordinating role with administrative focus. We believe you have a University qualification in business management, marketing, or chemistry. You can be newly graduated together with 1-2 years´ experience in either R&D or Marketing. You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You have good data and MS Office skills. You have excellent written and verbal communication both in English and Swedish.


As a person you have a strong solid interpersonal and influencing ability with a sense of empathy towards your team members and stakeholders. You are result focused with a willingness to work across functional teams in a matrix organization. You are service minded, a good communicator and a team player with an open mindset and optimism. You show great ability of discipline and self-confidence in your daily work. You thrive in analysing data and a high pace environment.
