Marketing Coordinator Assistant

MultiMind Bemanning is currently searching for a Marketing Coordinator Assistant to a temporary assignment. Our client is an international company specialized in developing enterprise software products. The company has its Nordic head office located in Stockholm. This assignment starts ASAP and continues until the end of June 2014.


Main task:

In the role you will assist the companies Marketing Coordinator. Your main task will be to coordinate and organize events and activities for the companie’s partners. You will develop and implement a marketing communications plan, under supervision of the Marketing Coordinator, for Western Europe with focus on co-ordination of marketing delivery across channels within events and activities. 

Your Profile:

* Minimum six month experience as an assistant at a marketing department, preferable working within events
* It is to your advantage if you have experience within IT or from working in a large international company
* Strong business knowledge and understanding of working in international teams and with third party suppliers and managing agencies

We are looking for a person with great communication skills and strong ability to adapt to different situations and environments. You are a great problem solver, very flexible and know how to build up a new network. To make it in this role it is extremely important that you are proactive and that you feel comfortable in a coordinating role. You are also fluent in both Swedish and English.
