Marketing Coordinator for Hive Streaming

We are currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator for Hive Streaming.

Hive Streaming enables organizations to improve employee engagement with video communications. We solve the challenge of delivering high quality live and on-demand video to employees’ devices. And, help you save cost and minimize disruption by utilizing your existing bandwidth, hardware and video content management and webcasting platforms.



Your main tasks will be:

- Project management and implementation of various activities and events as well as ordering and coordinating all material needed
- Work with agencies to produce marketing materials
- Inform both internally and externally about our campaigns
- Work closely with the sales department and our sales channels when it comes to marketing activities
- Follow-up and reporting
- Coordinate all translations with the help of translation agencies.
- Collaborate with our largest B2B partners




Requirements:

- Experience from working with SaaS companies is highly merited
- Relevant education or documented experience from a similar position for at least two years.
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Experience from working with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is highly merited

- Structured with the habit of being responsible for various projects and pushing them through given deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate in an international environment with high tempo.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- High performance with a winning and "can-do mentality"
- An academic degree with good results
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- English - total fluency
- Additional language like French or German is a bonus
- (Swedish is not required)




You will be based at Hive Streaming HQ:s new office in Stadshagen, Stockholm.
