Do you have a passion for marketing and like innovation in an international environment? MultiMind is looking for a marketing coordinator for our client's customer marketing team. This is a 1 year long consultancy assignment with the possibility for extension. You will be working in their Nordic HQ.

Your role: You will join/assist current marketing team and report to the Senior Category Marketing Managers and be responsible for the nordic market. You will be the middle man inbetween marketing teams in order to handle all flagship products, administration, releases, etc.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the developement of full year ATL/BTL/Retail/Channel/Online marketing roadmap for the Nordic area
Setting objectives, KPI, budget management, resource planning and follow-up of the activities carried out
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the coordination of the Nordic marketing plan and product launches
Management and product launch briefing of creative-media- and action marketing agencies
Active part in developing messaging for focus porducts within category, in close co-operation with IM Marketing Manager, PR team and Product Management
In charge of setting and keeping a running quarterly Marketing Plan available for all stakeholders
Extended operational function for Swedish and Nordic customers in terms of joint marketing planning and activity execution
Requirements: Excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Structured mindset
Excellent skills in English and Swedish both written and spoken
At least 1-2 years of experience within marketing
You are a fast learner and action oriented person that take initiatives
Proactive with an initiative-taking mindset
Meritorious if you have some marketing related academic background
