Arbetsbeskrivning
The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with the Head of Marketing and Sales Director for the development, execution, and performance monitoring of Trade Marketing programs designed to increase in-store brand visibility and sell out performance, in accordance with the overall Marketing and Communication guidelines as defined by the Divisional HQ.
Essential Duties:
• Implementing in store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions
• Planning, production and implementation of tailor-made visibility in POS in line with brand guidelines
• Supporting execution of local teams’ training programmes and local sales events & showroom
• Track spending and ensure budget requirements are met
• Monitoring and reporting results and providing recommendations
• Competitors monitoring & market research
Other Duties:
• Perform other work-related duties as requested or required.
Required Qualifications:
· University Degree in Business / Marketing
· 2+ years of trade marketing/field/sales support or marketing in relevant industry (Eyewear, Fashion, Luxury Goods, Cosmetics, FMCG)
· Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
· Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written
· Advanced to professional level of English and Swedish
Desired Skills:
· Further qualification in Trade Marketing / Sales / Training / Visual Merchandising a plus
· Additional Nordic languages are a plus
· SAP experience is a plus
· InDesign/Photoshop is a plus
· Experience in structured, multinational environment
· Ability to work within fast growing environments and to contribute to build a new organization
