This Marketing Co-ordinator role is a 12-month fixed term opportunity and sits in the Oncology Business Unit and can be based in any of the Nordic offices. The Marketing co-ordinator provides support within the Business Unit, for marketing and sales activities across multiple franchises. The role holder also manages the arrangement of meetings and other market focused activities, works closely with the brand leads, brand managers within the business unit, Oncology medical affairs, external events team and other marketing co-ordinators across the marketing company.
Typical Accountabilities
* Raise and manage purchase orders and payments to HCPs
* Organizes and delivers specific activities and services in line with brand operational plans
* Collaborates with brand managers and Strategic Account Managers to ensure marketing and communication material is developed and signed-off, including supporting annual review of material according to SOP
* Engages with agencies to manage and coordinate development and delivery of marketing material
* Controls projects ensuring delivery of project outputs according to plan
* Provide support on arrangements of details around Business Unit Sales and Marketing activities, e.g. internal meetings, educations, congresses, Nordic customer meetings
* Registrations and filings
* Travel arrangements for lecturers
* Coordination of possible follow-up material
* Communication, collaboration and back-up with the other Marketing Assistants
* Assures tasks are of the correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards
Minimum experience
* Excellent communication skills and knowledge in English language and one of the Nordic languages
* Ability to follow through and contribute to finding new effective processes / ways of working
* Specialist knowledge in relation to administrative/ business support activities in the relevant area
* Experience of Sales and Marketing Assistant and or functional assistant work
* Excellent computer and relevant software skills
* Customer Service Skills
* Knowledge of coordinating external events
* Possesses knowledge of AZ internal processes and systems
* Prioritizes workload, to achieve personal and work unit targets
