Marketing Coordinator to big international company in Kista!
As Marketing Coordinator at our customer you will support development and execute key activities of the Nordic Marketing Activity Plan for product launches and always-on communication, to establish the customers as the most innovative brand in the Nordic market and increase consumer demand for specific products across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
You will work with execution of activities across key consumer touchpoints such as the website, Social Media and CRM platforms as well as consumer events
You will also work with development and maintenance of Nordic Social Media and CRM calendar, securing effective always-on and cross-category communication while synchronizing with and supporting product launch programs.
Tasks,
* Supporting Category Marketing Managers in developing and executing the Nordic Marketing Activity Plan for product launch and always-on communication for the Nordic markets.
* Developing and maintaining Always-on Calendar for the customers owned channels across the Nordic markets, including the website, Social Media and CRM in collaboration with agencies and the category team.
* Execution of marketing activities and assets across consumer touchpoints with a focus on the selfowned channels
* Planning, developing and adapting creatives to support and reinforce aspirational and emotional brand perception
* Supporting Category Marketing Managers and indirectly Customer Marketing Managers by adapting website, social media and CRM assets for inclusion in channel communication toolkits as needed.
* Briefing and project management of creative, digital, community management and action marketing agencies within SENA network. Together with agencies finding and maintaining a suitable and consistent brand tonality and product messaging across consumer touchpoints.
* Follow up and evaluate activities and events on a regular basis
This is a temporary staffing job. You will get an employment at Manpower and work for the customer in Kista. You work fulltime, Monday to Friday during officehours. The job is expected to start at latest 1st of May and will last for 1 year with chance to extension.
Qualifications,
* University degree, preferably with a major in Marketing
* Project Management excellence
* Ability to identify and apply Consumer Insights and Content Marketing best practices
* Analytical skills - including for turning digital marketing statistics into simple, effective and actionable guidance
* Experience from managing the digital consumer experience
* Application/IT skills - Adobe Photoshop/Dreamweaver, experienced in CMS- platforms, SEO/SEM and basic HTML coding are strong merits
* MS Office, mainly Excel, PPT
* Fluent in at least one Nordic language, plus English
* Understanding mechanics on how to build strong emotional and aspirational brands
* Independent and self-managing - identifying and proposing solutions to challenges/opportunities
You have experience from working in a leading Telecom company and if you have worked in a Nordic matrix organization is a merit. As a person you are flexible, result- and performance driven. You are structured with an ability to manage multiple priorities and short deadlines and you always take own initiatives. You like to put creativity into problem-solving and marketing. You have excellent presentation skills and like to collaborate with different people.
