We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator for the Swedish and Finnish markets to one of our exciting customers! This is a consultancy opportunity, a 6 month contract starting ASAP with the possibility for an extension.
About the role:
As a Marketing Coordinator you will plan, execute, and measure SaaS demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field SaaS Sales Organization. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and execute marketing programs in agreement with management to support pipeline and objectives.
• Provide onsite execution support for marketing programs (events).
• Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner.
• Create and manage program budget, measure ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
• Act as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches.
• Communicate program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.
Your profile:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in Marketing Communications and/or high-technology Product Marketing
• Experience working with large, Enterprise-wide technology companies
• Bachelor´s degree in marketing, Business, Technology, or other relevant field of study or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English and Swedish. Fluency in Finnish is a plus but not essential.

• Relationship-building skills, great determination and drive, and excellent execution skills are required to ensure that you can deliver high return marketing plans and strategies.
• Knowledge of Marketing and Sales disciplines (events & webinar) and processes with a focus on Modern Marketing practices (social media, Digital/web, SEO/SEM, Marketing Automation, Content led Marketing, Inbound, Personas, Buyers journey, integration)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and ability to work within virtual teams.
• Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management
• Data Driven and analytical.
• Budget & Project Management skills.
• Event & digital agencies management
• Ability to navigate in large, complex & matrixed organizations.
• Strategic understanding of SaaS solutions being marketed
