Marketing Creative Director

Star Stable Entertainment is seeking a Marketing Creative Director to join the Marketing team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a new role in a growing and changing organization. The Marketing Creative Director will provide creative direction and thought leadership for advertising and marketing campaigns. But most importantly: to lead and coach a team of creatives to become the best at what they do. Does this sound like a journey you want to join?

Star Stable Entertainment is on a journey to become a multiproduct organization. We will grow in many ways and our Marketing department is facing a lot of exciting changes, and to help us market all of our products and services, we need a Marketing Creative Director to oversee our advertising and marketing campaigns from creative concept to execution.

Since it is a brand new role we want you to be a part of shaping it, working closely with the Head of Campaign Management and CMO. You will also have an awesome team of storytellers, designers and copywriters who work across a range of mediums including video, illustration, renders and animation to create magic with.

Little do we know about our future, but we do now this:

- You will work closely with the Campaign Management team in order to deliver strategic global brand and advertising campaigns from creative concept to development to delivery.
- You and your team will support new game launches, entertainment launches including books, music, animation, as well as player acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
- You will work closely with many teams across the marketing organization and help us with our transition to advertising in the mobile space.

- Passionate people leader who is motivated by coaching and enabling creative people to do their best work.
- Experience in working with consumer and market insights to shape the creative strategy and execution.
- Excels at establishing and fostering strong relationships, excellent abilities to provide clear and concise direction/feedback and strong stakeholder management.
- Love to roll up your sleeves and get joy out of jumping in to support creative work as needed, in areas such as copywriting, design or art direction.
