We are currently looking for a dedicated Marketing Data Analyst with record of bridging the gap between marketing activities, revenue on investments, personalization offers and data to contribute to the company growth as well as grow with us. We offer a variety of tasks that will challenge you and your analytical skills.
The ideal candidate is a team player but also has the capability to work independently. In the role you will be flexible in our agile organization and will assist the team to make more data-based decisions. This is an exciting role, where you will get use of your analytical skills and ability to convey complex information in an accessible and pedagogical manner. Ability to work in a very dynamic environment and adapt to quick changes as well as several tasks simultaneously are some key factors for this role.
Main areas of responsibility:
Provide descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analysis to improve investment and marketing efficiency.
Create segmentation based on customer behavior in order to target the right people at the right time with the right message.
Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of the campaigns via paid and own channels.
Design and create digital dashboards to monitor performance for all key indicators.
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of both Sales and Marketing KPIs.
Monitor sale and marketing trends and highlight opportunities for offering and campaign.
Drive customer insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing A/B experiments to test business hypothesis
Continuously monitor competitors.
Requirements:
A relevant educational background, such as IT, mathematics and/or statistics.
Experience in data analysis and programming in Python, R or any similar one.
Ability to turn the complex data into insights using algorithms and machine learning and build analytical solutions.
Direct experience of A/B testing and Marketing analysis (data centric role)
The ability to work independently as well as cooperate in a team.
Accurate, flexible, efficient and keep deadlines.
Fluency in English, in speech as well as in writing. Knowledge in Swedish is meritorious.
You value and base your work on Tallink Silja’s key values: joy, commitment, cooperation and professionalism. If you have worked as data scientist in marketing and have experience in Tableau and Adobe Analytics it is a merit.
Our office is located in Värtaterminalen, Stockholm. We offer a fulltime position and we apply 6 months trial employment. We have set the start date as soon as possible with consideration for resignation period.
