Your mission/ Job description
The Marketing Data analyst supports the marketing organization and other functions within MRS by providing business visualization tools as well as other follow up tools based on Input from different sources / Systems. The objective with the position is to develop and maintain business intelligence reports pre-dominantly via power BI derived from various sources such as BPCS, Salmon, SAP, Scala, M3 and other sources.
The role also include close collaboration with the Epiroc IS/IT team to safeguard compliance with IS/IT regulations as well as compliance with the Epiroc integrity of data policy and avoidance of single person dependencies. This includes close interaction with various functions with the MRS organization and other stakeholders
Responsibilities in the role
* Validate Business Report Requests (screening): Avoid duplication
* Add value for Business
* Review proper end to end process alignment
* Define report scope (local/global)
* Review functional Business Roles in place
* Define report owners and profiling access to reports
* Define data sources
* Drive data cleaning process with business
* Define standard MRS report set (catalog)
* Initiative prioritization
* Quarterly Business Area report
Your profile:
To succeed in this role we think that you have strong leadership skills and process skills.
You enjoy collaboration and communicating with others and have the ability to work and achieve results in a cross-functional in-direct reporting environment.
Knowledge:
You have solid and proven experience in developing Power BI reports and also strong skills in relevant IT systems and application: TMS, Excel, Power BI, BPCS
Formal Education Requirement:
Degree in relevant field or equivalent acquired by experience
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
