The Marketing Analytics Team is a talented team with strong data analytics capabilities and a deep understanding of the consumer. It supports the entire Marketing & Brand organization with the right data, results, and insight. 

Let us describe the challenge we offer
In this role, you’ll join a team of highly skilled analysts. The analysis and insights you provide will be the compass at Marketing & Brand. Part of a dynamic global brand, you’ll measure performance marketing across multiple countries and platforms, securing continuous learning and optimization of all our activities.

What you will do
Specifically, you will convert complex data and findings into understandable conclusions and recommendations. You will also conduct ad-hoc analysis by pulling data from multiple sources including historical performance, trends, and benchmarking. Further, you will be responsible for securing data consistency and integrity across our analytics platforms, which you’ll use to organize, structure and present data. 

Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key
We believe you are an analyst with more than four years of experience with measuring data. You have a passion to bring data together from multiple channels to derive insights and learnings. You are a self-motivator and enjoy working in the world of data. You will need to have strong working experience with Google Analytics and the measuring of website performance, campaign performance, paid media data and e-commerce. You are able to use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio and Power BI to bring the data to life.

To be successful in this role you need to have a good understanding of how to measure the success of marketing campaigns throughout the marketing funnel. You will need to tie the results together with the objectives and present your insights and analysis to different stakeholders. You need to enjoy problem solving and looking for answers within the data.

Qualifications
•    4+ years experience of working in an analytics role including data analysis and reporting
•    Strong working knowledge of Google Platforms including Google Analytics and Big Query
•    Experience with working with and organizing vast data sets
•    Proficiency in data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Data Studio and Power BI; and how to structure data for the visualization
•    Knowledge of key digital marketing KPIs (CPC, CTRs, etc.) and measuring performance from multiple sources and platforms
•    Experience working with multiple stakeholders and comfortable in presenting findings and insights in a clear and concise manner
•    A good understand of SQL is an advantage
