Marketing Analytics - let’s introduce ourselves
The Marketing Analytics Team is a talented team with strong data analytics capabilities and a deep understanding of the consumer. It supports the entire Marketing & Brand organisation with the right data, results, and insights. The team’s purpose is to provide measurement and analysis on campaign, brand, and marketing performance, as well as input and insight into upcoming campaigns and marketing activities.
Marketing Data Analyst – this is what you’ll do
In this role, you’ll join a team of highly skilled analysts. The analysis and insights you provide will be the compass at Marketing & Brand. Part of a dynamic global brand, you’ll measure performance marketing across multiple countries and platforms, securing continuous learning and optimization of all our activities.
Specifically, you will convert complex data and findings into understandable conclusions and recommendations. You will also conduct ad-hoc analysis by pulling data from multiple sources including historical performance, trends, and benchmarking. Further, you will be responsible for securing data consistency and integrity across our analytics platforms, which you’ll use to organize, structure and present data.
We’re looking for you!
We believe you are an analyst with more than four years of experience with measuring data. You have a passion to bring data together from multiple channels to derive insights and learnings. You are a self-motivator and enjoy working in the world of data.
In this role, you will measure global marketing campaigns supporting regions and markets with interpreting where media investments should be prioritized. You have experience with measuring media effectiveness and are familiar with multiple digital media platforms, e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, DV360.
Further, you are able to use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio and Power BI to bring the data to life.

Qualifications:
• 4+ years experience of working in an analytics role including data analysis and reporting
• Experience working with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, DV360 or similar platforms.
• Ability to interpret analytical data from various sources to create insights
• Good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Big Query and Google Tag Manager is an advantage
• Ability to organize, present, and explain complex data in a clear manner
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Data Studio and Power BI; and how to structure data for the visualization
• Knowledge of key digital marketing KPIs (CPC, CTRs, etc.) and measuring performance from multiple sources
