The Marketing Analytics Team is a talented team with strong data analytics capabilities and a deep understanding of the consumer. It supports the entire Marketing & Brand organization with the right data, results, and insight. 

Let us describe the challenge we offer
Within this role you will work within a team of analysts. You will be responsible for analysing data, driving insights and measuring performance marketing across multiple countries and platforms. You will create pipelines for ETL and for implementing AI/ML based automated solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS), with the purpose of understanding the impact of marketing activities and optimising the media strategy. 

Who you are
We are looking for a Data Scientist with very solid python programming skills (other languages are an advantage), good knowledge of the AWS cloud ecosystem, and strong proficiency in SQL. Critical for this role are advanced analytical skills as well as a robust understanding of state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling techniques, and big data technology.

Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key
You are a self-starter who enjoys problem solving and thrives on working with complex data sets. You are a good communicator and can explain your analysis to different stakeholders is a clear and concise manner. You have a desire to work in a fast paced marketing department where your skills will measure current marketing activity and help guide future markets campaigns.

Qualifications
•    4+ years experience of working as a data scientist or data engineer
•    Skilled with creating and managing data pipelines 
•    Education in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering or equivalent
•    Experience with working in data cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
•    Proven working experience with machine learning / AI solutions
•    Strong knowledge of SQL is an advantage
•    Solid programming skills and the desire to work with code
•    Able to work with multiple stakeholders and comfortable in presenting findings and insights in a clear and concise manner
