Division Wood Products is now looking for a Marketing Director, who will be responsible to lead and manage all marketing activities in the division with the purpose to drives commercial success and create demand for Stora Enso’s renewable offering. Your location will be at any Stora Enso premises e.g. in Sweden or Finland and is not limited to the stated locations. In this position you will report to the SVP, Communication and Marketing Wood Products.

Responsibilities and tasks:
Develop the marketing strategy and roadmap based on insights and understanding of customers and markets’ behaviour and needs
Build strong and attractive product brands and manage brand architecture for the division’s product and service portfolio to connect with market needs
Develop inspiring marketing concepts for the offering with relevant messages for each customer segment in focus
Develop and accelerate our digital presence whilst continuously evaluating and improving the end-to-end customer experience
Develop and lead content marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Manage leads from marketing campaigns and facilitate an efficient hand-over and follow-up with sales
Manage marketing plans, strategic projects and campaigns, define key achievements and follow up with team members
Develop a strong internal network by building relationships and trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Act as a counterpart to the business in marketing related issues and questions

Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who have an advanced degree in Marketing, Communication or other relevant field. We expect you to have minimum of 10 years of professional experience in marketing or another relevant position and a proven track record of proactive marketing work. You have confirmed experience of working with marketing as well as both external and internal communications. We expect you to have experience in a managerial role and be able to manage multiple projects, work with diverse teams and meet demanding deadlines.
We put great emphasis on your personal characteristics. You have attention to details, focus on customer service and you are skilled in problem solving. You are a doer and you are often described as open, direct, positive, energetic, fast and efficient. We expect you to be fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages like Swedish, Finnish or French are an advantage. The position requires willingness to travel
