Annotell is on the lookout for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our Marketing team-the team responsible for spreading the Annotell brand across the globe.Although you will be part of the marketing team, this is a multi-disciplinary role as you will be working closely with all parts of the organization - sales, product, people & culture, just to name a few.

Your team

The Marketing team is an essential part of Annotell’s commercial engine - tasked with the mission to establish Annotell as the indisputable leader when it comes to safe perception. At Annotell, Marketing is account-based and our responsibilities cover a lot of ground: from content production, event planning, branding, and messaging to product marketing, search engine optimization, and video-making. You will team up with Rocío, our Content producer and Caroline, Marketing Manager and yours truly, in our quest to dream up Annotell’s brand odyssey. As we are just beginning to grow the team, you will get the chance to help shape strategy, processes, and activities. Needless to say, if you aren’t into the thrill that comes with a fast-moving startup, this might not be for you! 😉

What you will be doing

As Marketing & Events Coordinator at Annotell, you are a pivotal member of the Marketing team. You are a communication enthusiast, jacks-of-all-trades, passionate about a wide range of marketing activities. You will, among other things, be responsible for running exhibitions and conferences, coordinating and executing account-based marketing campaigns, and collaborating cross-departmentally around all kinds of marketing activities. This job is full of variety and you’ll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks. Being an early recruit of a growing marketing team, you will get the opportunity to help shape your role.

Some typical tasks:

- Design, publish and manage marketing campaigns on Annotell’s social media platforms.
- Run virtual and IRL exhibitions and conferences.
- Help deploy and execute account-based marketing campaigns and activities together with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Contribute to shaping our CRM to reflect an ABM strategy and set up data flow to leverage marketing intelligence.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to produce promotional materials.
- Contribute to developing our online presence through website, social media, newsletter…
- Maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand by keeping a watchful eye on all media avenues.
- Communicate and coordinate with our web agency and other partners.
- And help out with any other projects that would come up!

What you bring along

- Excellent English skills
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent related field
- Minimum 2 years experience within the field of B2B marketing, or equivalent
- Experience working with paid social, marketing analytics software, and CMS
- Rudimentary experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud
