Your workplace Electronic Defence Systems, a business area of Saab, is one of the world's premier suppliers of solutions for surveillance, avionics and systems to detect, locate and protect against threat. We want to strengthen our Marketing & Sales team with a new member. You will work in an international environment with colleagues both in Sweden and South Africa, and customers all over the world. Your home base will be Jönköping or Kista in Stockholm. Your role Your main area of responsibility will be marketing and sales of avionics equipment and sub-systems for fighters, helicopters and transport aircraft. You will be responsible for your own key accounts and opportunities, but also work together with other Marketing Executives and with Operations in bid preparations and investigations. You will develop and build good relations with our customers and you are responsible for the development of new business in the area. The position requires travel to customer sites in Europe as well as the rest of the world on a regular basis. Your qualifications We are looking for a person with experience of our type of industry and customers. Maybe you are currently working as a Key Account Manager or with development, or are otherwise involved with complex products and large systems in a business-to-business environment with large industries as customers. It is likely that you have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience. You should have the interest, drive and ability to influence decision makers within our customer organisations. You should also have a strong ability to build relationships with customers and within the Saab-group. You are fluent in English and Swedish.
