We are creating a newly formed technology function which is going to revolutionize the way we identify, approach and engage with customers, in order to pioneer new ways of thinking and accelerate customer focus within the healthcare industry.
We will empower this team to explore new technology stacks and make tangible changes to the existing business. To achieve this we need to bring in talented tech experts such as a Marketing Information Specialist.
You will take on the responsibility as Product Owner including planning, delivery and launch of digital initiatives for our Product Information Management (PIM) system area. The position is working closely with stakeholders across the company to agree priorities, align expectations and ensure realization of expected business value. The position is also responsible to achieve strategic objectives in order to contribute to the success of Mölnlycke’s online presence.
The placement of this position is global, meaning that you can be situated near our headquarter in Gothenburg in our office in Germany, France, the UK or the US.
You will join our Marketing and Communication delivery team, consisting of like-minded technology specialists who are driven by innovation and technical solution discovery. You will benefit from being given the autonomy to assign priority to business requests based on your own strategic thinking and utilize your experience from creating of digital content.
You will gain global oversight of our digital customer communication projects and deliver creative solutions which meet the business needs.
Here are some of the key accountabilities for the role;
Accountable for owning and actively managing the backlog and iterations from a Product Owner perspective, to achieve the expected business value and strategic objectives like digitalization.
Interacts with, support and constructively challenge users, customers, stakeholder and suppliers, by sharing knowledge and best practices, gaining feedback and clarifying needs.
Lead the customer experience in functionality, workflow, consistency, usability and simplicity within scope of solutions.
Drive the development of enhancements including aligning the appropriate participants to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or assist in UAT as needed
Understand digital content and product information flow well enough to voice solution and platform possibilities and constraints in discussions with both IT and business stakeholders, agencies and suppliers. Contribute as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in related initiatives.

Previous experience delivering projects, with a particular focus on digital content and product information management in a global company
The ability to bridge the gap between business requests and technical development capabilities.
Strong communication skills
Strong stakeholders management skills
An understanding of what makes your business customers tick and how to educate a global organization on its technology journey
Know what it’s like to work in an agile environment where things are constantly changing
Academic background with Master’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology or equal
