Marketing Lead - Sweden

The role
Are you the next big talent to join the marketing team at Svea Solar? We are looking for an analytical and creative mastermind to join our team and help us on our growth journey towards a sustainable future powered by solar. This role will lead our efforts to grow our home market Sweden. As the Marketing Lead you will be responsible for planning and executing on our marketing strategy to grow awareness, find new channels to reach our customers, increase engagement and interest, and ultimately generate new customers. As part of the Swedish Leadership Team you will play a pivotal role in making our largest market thrive and outperform the industry and the competition.

The successful candidate thrives with freedom under responsibility. The role is as analytical and strategic, as it is hands-on, and you shouldn’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

What we look for
- 2-5 years’ experience in a leading marketing role, with hand-on experience of the digital marketing mix and the media landscape
- Experience managing the social interaction with our community on local social media channels
- Experience creating and executing a content marketing strategy across all our channels and across the customer journey
- Experience analysing and improving campaigns in social media and search engines.
- Experience setting up and managing relationships with agencies and partners
- Excellent writing skills
- An analytical mindset who strives for continuous improvement. Knowledge of Google analytics is not a requirement but a plus
- Knowledge in Adobe creative suite is not a requirement but a plus.
- A can-do attitude with a sense of urgency
- You are a self-starter and thrive when given freedom and responsibility
- A team player who can manage internal and external stakeholders
- You are organized and able to run several projects in parallel
- A natural curiosity to learn about the energy sector, and the role that Svea Solar is playing in the European arena
- Knowledge of solar and energy industry is a plus but not necessary - we will teach you everything you need to know!


- Native fluency in Swedish (written and verbal), and excellent English skills.
