We are currently looking for a Marketing Lead to an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity a 2-year contract starting as soon as possible with the possibility for an extension.

The Marketing Lead TV/Audio sits in the TV/Audio marketing team within the Consumer Electronics division. The vision for the TV/Audio marketing team is to deliver best in class marketing strategy, activities and plans that position us as the number one brand within each product category and support the sales both today and in the future. On a day-to-day basis the job will entail things such as setting up and delivering marketing campaigns, driving digital excellence, briefing CDM and Social Media plans, leading third party collaborations and activations, and aligning content plans for all our touchpoints. What will this role achieve?
The overall objective is to grow brand preference, create desire and consideration of our TV and Audio products to help Samsung remain the most innovative and consumer focused brand in the Nordic region. As a Marketing Lead for TV/Audio your job is to work together with the Marketing Manager and overall marketing team to ensure we have a strong marketing plan and calendar for all products and categories. You thrive on taking the plan and setting in to motion, delivering every aspect of campaigns and collaborations, which sees you acting much as a marketing project leader. You will be responsible for delivering into the Nordic Go-To-Market planning and execution for product launches and always-on communication to increase consumer demand and drive purchase. You support by delivering content, executing activations, briefing CDM campaigns, optimizing review campaigns and you do this with a digital first mindset. You know that teamwork and collaboration ensure we drive the business forward.
What will be your key deliverables?
• Contributing to the development of the annual marketing roadmap for all TV/Audio products
• Support Marketing Manager to execute and follow up deliverables in the TV/Audio Marketing Plan
• Lead execution of activations and campaigns to ensure targets and KPIs are met
• Lead the delivery of digital always on campaigns, ensuring maximum impact across all touchpoints
• Deliver all product launch toolkits as well as maintaining content deliverables for all products and touchpoints (both launch and always on)
• Briefing and project management of creative-, media- and action marketing agencies within Samsung´s network and follow-up on the activities and investments on a regular basis
• Continuously optimize campaigns and activations
• Set up and manage campaigns and activations with third party companies
• Analyze campaign performance and drive learnings to grow further
• Together with the full Marketing team, secure optimal investment and mix of activations for given product groups and customers
Your profile:
What do we need for this role?
• Relevant Academic Education
• Around 3 years of hands-on operational marketing experience from a similar role, preferably Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Specialist
• Experience from working with marketing activations, product launches, managing advertising and media agencies and executing consumer campaigns
• Proven track record of setting and optimizing plans based on overall marketing strategy and executing the plans in successful ways
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to see opportunities for improvement
• Solid business acumen and experience in working with product marketing
• A natural team player with strong self-leadership who knows that winning is only possible with the team
• Creative problem-solver with a natural drive to see solutions instead of problems, who will live our brand ethos of Do what you can´t
• A bold and ambitious but humble marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly changeable environment without losing motivation or focus on the end-goal
• Proven project and production management experience with an eye for details.
