We have 15 million users all over the world who have logged over 15 million catches in our app. We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager.

Building upon our established presence in the U.S. market, we are seeking a Marketing Manager, in Stockholm, who possesses a deep understanding of American consumer behavior to enhance our brand's prominence. In your role as a Marketing Manager at Fishbrain, you'll oversee the execution and budgeting of our app's marketing campaigns, providing insightful reports and strategic optimizations to both the marketing team and the broader organization.
You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Your daily work will involve:
- Campaign Leadership: Take charge of conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns across both offline and online channels. Work closely with our in-house specialists.
- Brand Building: Cultivate and maintain Fishbrain's reputation as the go-to app for anglers in the U.S.
- Optimizing Customer Value: Balance customer retention and acquisition to maximize the lifetime value of existing customers while increasing the customer base. Develop effective strategies to maintain these objectives.
- Creative Insight & Data Mastery: Bring a balanced approach of creativity and data-driven decision-making, showcasing your proficiency in ideation, content creation, and metrics evaluation.
- Project Excellence: Serve as an adept project manager and self-starter, guiding projects from strategic planning to execution, all while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
What we are fishing for: (Requirements)
- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience with app- and/or subscription marketing.
- Strong understanding of American consumer behavior and cultural nuances.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A “can do” attitude.
- Passion for the outdoors, with knowledge of the fishing industry being a plus.
The Harbor (Fishbrain's HQ)
Our office is based in Stockholm (Södermalm) and we have a hybrid-remote work arrangement. We prioritize in-person collaboration, which means we operate from our offices at least two days per week.
