Poolia is looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager for one of our clients within the IT- Industry. This is a full-time position based in central Stockholm.

Arbetsuppgifter

The Marketing Manager works close to the Industry Group/Service Line offering development and sales teams.

This is a key role the process of preparing for launches, go-to-market plans and coordinating marketing activities. As a part of the marketing organization, the Marketing Manager provides the tools, channels and the support needed to the Sales Team . We offer a global work environment and you will for example coordinate activities with country Marketing Managers.

Some of the tasks include: create marketing content, use appropriate ways and tools to communicate with existing and new customers, make value propositions, and benchmark our competitors. Further responsibilities are making offerings visible to target markets and bringing marketing knowledge and analyses into our offering process.

• Ensure successful go-to-market and sales actions for business growth
• Budget- and target follow up on decided marketing activities
• Cooperate and coordinate within the IG/SL
• Increase internal involvement in, and knowledge of, offerings.
• Take part in offering development process by providing competitor and market analysis,
• See to customer needs and creating content to be used in chosen channels


Utbildning/erfarenhet

• University degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of job experience in B2B Marketing.
• Experience in Project Management
• Strong communications skills
• Expertise in strategic and operational marketing
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
