Our Communications & Content Team for Absolut brand is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the Director Global Comms & Content in the creative development of the various global and Drive Market campaigns, with the ambition to enhance the boldness of our communication whilst ensuring global consistency.
In this role you will responsible for:
-Support the Global Director in the following, for all of Absolut's brand and product storytelling, which includes:
Communications Planning,


Content Strategy,


Creative Concepts,


Creative Executions – including image assets for Channel.

-Liaise with our external for Agency partners on the above, and help manage:
Ongoing project management, including budget tracking,


End of year performance assessment.

-Work directly with the In-House Studio:
From ATL to BTL, ensure visibility on Absolut FY initiatives that will allow us to act nimbly and effectively for the appropriate projects.



-Help the Global Director "PR" our brand and product efforts, to ensure internal visibility of the creative content within the Pernod Ricard – from myPortal, to leadership support of key initiatives.
-You will also need to connect with and counsel the other Absolut drive market Creative Content partners:
North America
EMEA
LATAM
GTR
China
India

-Support the Global Director, and in some instances drive Functional POV on the Strategic Brand Plan with Brand Strategy & Innovation, as well as the FY Budget Plan.
-Develop Creative Briefs for Comms Projects
-Drive project management and budget tracking responsibilities for all other projects not listed above.
ABOUT YOU
You are a creative person with a strategic and innovative mindset - you can see ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies. You have a strong digital acumen and are a tech savvy person.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly effective in:
- Agency management – from leading inspirational briefing sessions to deliverable, timeline and budget management
-Cross-functional collaboration – complex internal stakeholder integration and expectation management across Market Companies, The Absolut Group and HQ
-Creative excellence – supporting Director Global Comms & Content to elevate the creative boldness of the work by nurturing bold ideas
Academic (Qualifications) & Professional experience:
University degree in business/marketing
Minimum 10 years marketing experience ideally within globally managed business – from major FMCG companies, spirits, car industry, luxury goods or leading global brands such as Apple, Google.
Digital or Advertising agency experience is mandatory
International experience highly desirable.
Must be fluent in English, other languages can be a plus
