Marketing Manager - Companyexpense

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, eager to help us drive Companyexpense in its rapid growth across the Nordics and Europe.
The work
As Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the marketing strategy of Companyexpense. You will plan, implement and execute marketing activities such as lead generation, social media, SEO/SEM, creative campaigns, and manage our website.
You will be an integral part of the marketing team and work closely with sales for accelerated growth across multiple markets. The position requires high energy, ambition and entrepreneurship as you will have full ownership of the customer journey, from awareness and consideration to conversion. It's important that you are passionate about digital marketing, analytics, and constantly strive to improve.
As Marketing Manager, you will also be challenged by your colleagues in fitness competitions, dart matches, enjoy "Swedish coffee", and hang out with a brilliant team.

You are a humble, fearless and results-driven doer with the know-how of creating high-converting digital campaigns across multiple markets. You make things happen, and you are regularly both setting and hitting high targets. You're also expected to be an excellent team player, an outstanding communicator, and comfortable juggling many tasks simultaneously.

The basic ingredients
You have:
Many years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing with outstanding results
Experience from managing high-converting regional campaigns
Ability to work hands-on and strategically with a wide range of B2B marketing activities (events, content, social media)
Ambition to continually develop and improve
Comfortable working independently
You fluently speak English and Swedish: other European languages are beneficial.

The icing on the cake:
Experience in B2B SaaS
Experience as a team lead or manager
Experience in Website optimisation
Experience in Email automation
Experience in SEO, PR and analytics
A university degree in Digital Marketing.

More about the position
This is a probationary position, and we plan to fill it immediately with the start date ASAP. We will schedule virtual interviews during August. There will be tests during the recruitment process, and if you are successful and we offer you the position, we will need to run the usual background checks.
