Homeenter is a member of The Bonnier Group and we are specialized in mail order and e-commerce within music, movies and games in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Poland.Our head office is placed in Malmö, Sweden.Withs 800.000 customers and a turnover of nearly 1.000 Msek we are the market leader withinour segment.You can read more about us on www.homeenter.com Marketing Manager - Digital Media for Homeenter (HQ) in Malmö As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all marketing activities within Homeenters digital media channels.You will prepare briefings for both internal and external bureaus and colleagues and have daily contact with Tradedoubler, Adpepper Media, Guava and other internet media suppliers.With focus on customer recruitment activities you will not only assist Homeenter in reaching its recruitment targets you will improve our direct communication with our end customer.Your tasks and field of responsibility: You are responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of recruitment activities in Homeenters established digital media channels.This includes the following activities: . Secure optimized and effective recruitment on digital medias, primarily internet . Cooperate with colleagues responsible for printed medias to secure that recruitment campaigns are following the same theme/main titles throughout the marketing process . Work closely with Nordic product mangers to ensure campaign titles . Develop and deliver agreed marketing plans . Update of the Promotion Forecast System You will be responsible for four digital media assistants and report to Homeenters Maketing Director.You will be located at the Nordic Headquarters in Malmö.The position is full time (100%).Background and special skills: You have a University Degree in for example marketing or business.You have several years experience in the marketing field and more specifically direct marketing.We prefer that you also have experience in the area of digital media with a concentration in internet marketing.You are a driven and dynamic leader, and have the ability to form and motivate a team.You have strong interpersonal skills and are a person that functions as a social net-worker.You are goal-oriented, creative and solutions-oriented, and focused on completing tasks and delivering targets.
