O’Learys is on an exciting journey to become the number one eatertainment company in Europe combing food, drinks with sports and activities in social settings. We currently have approximately 130 venues across the world in own operations and together with franchisees. We have an aggressive expansion plan and our ambition is to have 300 venues in 2025! We are now seeking a passionate Marketing Manager based in Stockholm to drive our marketing efforts!
This role will lead the development of our marketing efforts across channels and support all our franchisees in their local marketing. The overall ambition is to reach out to existing and new guests in our target group and attract them to our venues.
This is a hands-on role that involves everything from marketing planning, to conducting marketing activities and optimization and support. The Marketing Manager role is therefore analytical in nature, requiring thorough analysis of effects of different actions and channels, to lead towards conclusions about the best course of action. The person we are seeking is also a doer, who likes to see the results and impact of the efforts we launch.
Examples of areas that our Marketing Manager is to manage: our websites including SEO and CMS, paid search, social media marketing, content production incl photo and video production, support in our franchisees’ local marketing, management of digital tools.
The Marketing Manager works in close collaboration with other functions within O’Learys, with our franchisees primarily through our marketing portal and manages the partnerships with several external agencies and partners
Desired experiences and skills:
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering or equivalent education.
- At least 3 years’ experience from marketing or similar experience. Preferably in e-commerce and/or consumer oriented, international companies. Experience from working with SEO and paid search, social media marketing and content production, CMS, Google tools and/or managing external agencies is appreciated!
- Analytical skills and interest - curious to find out more about through research and data analysis
- Ensure focused efforts - good at prioritizing and recognizes that resources need to be allocated to the efforts that have the highest returns and can turn that into marketing plans and activities
- Business mindset - eager to understand the financial implications of different options and drive changes to maximize the company’s financial result
- Passion for working together with many stakeholders both colleagues, franchisees and external partners
- Service oriented - wanting to support O’Learys’ franchisees and colleagues
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented way of working
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and an ability to simplify
- Fluency in Swedish and English
